This Privacy Policy describes how Shawarma House and Yaya Pizza ("we," "our," "us"), two separate restaurants operated by the same owner inside HUB KITCHEN (1F Higuchi Building, 3-1-27 Kyutaromachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka 541-0056, Japan), collect, use, and protect personal information through our website shawarmahouse.jp and online ordering service.
This policy is governed by Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報保護法, APPI), administered by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC). We voluntarily extend GDPR-style rights to EU/EEA visitors and CCPA-style rights to California visitors as a matter of good practice, even though our Osaka-only pickup service does not meet the territorial or threshold triggers of those laws.

We only share data with the following service providers, strictly to operate the website and process orders. All three are based in the United States. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other party for any purpose.
For EU/EEA residents: Transfers to Square and Google are covered by their EU–US Data Privacy Framework certifications (Commission Implementing Decision 2023/1795). Transfers to Vercel are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy of applicable transfer safeguards by contacting us at the details in Section 8.
Order records (order details, name, payment confirmation) are retained for up to 7 years to comply with Japanese commercial and tax law (商法第36条, 法人税法施行規則第59条). Payment transaction records are retained by Square according to their own retention policy. Server access logs held by Vercel are retained for up to 30 days per their standard practices.

注文記録（注文内容、お名前、決済確認情報）は、商法・法人税法等に基づき最大7年間保存します（商法第36条、法人税法施行規則第59条）。決済に関するデータはSquare社の保存ポリシーに従います。Vercel社のサーバーアクセスログは同社の標準規定に従い最大30日間保存されます。
